N.B:	1. Proposals which are cleared by the Empowered Committee but funds released partly (50%), those have been reiterated in the revised project report for release of the balance funds.
	2. Planning Commission initially released Rs. 100.00 lakhs for Tea Processing. Subsequently, vide letter No. F-12053/TRI/2003-MLP dt. 23-04-2004 of Dy. Advisor (MLP) Planning Commission, GOI asked to keep the limit within Rs. 25 Lakhs. Following the said communication, an amount of Rs. 75 Lakhs has been diverted in other works of the project for RSVY phase - II & III.
